 Fisherking was formed in 1994 and has established itself as a niche mixed-use developer and project management company. Specialising within central London, with particular emphasis on the London Borough of Southwark, the formula has been to identify mixed-use development opportunities and secure valuable planning consents. The developments are subsequently either sold to a third party or developed through a joint venture. Fisherking have successfully completed 24 ventures in central London including Winchester Wharf, a joint development with Asda Property Holdings plc, which forms part of the extensive developments in Borough Market. Specialising in both small and large-scale purchases of land, the lot size has traditionally been between £1m - £5m. The sites have been sold to well-known house builders such as Bellway Homes, who have built 445 residential units between 1993 –1999 on land acquired by Fisherking. Fisherking are pleased to have been involved in creating successful ventures and providing the project management services for their investors and look forward with anticipation to the next ten years. |
