 Oakmayne Properties was formed in 1993. It has now established itself in the London property market through a number of strategic joint venture developments, most recently in the London SE1 area. Oakmayne operates in central London, usually by identifying mixed-use development opportunities, securing the appropriate planning consents and thereafter building out the development or operating through a joint venture. From building the prestigious Horseshoe Wharf on the Thames working with Bellway on development programmes to finding and achieving planning for development sites, Oakmayne has consistently delivered profits and rewards to all its investors. Specialising in large-scale purchases of land, the lot size has traditionally been between £2m – £5m. The sites have been sold to well-known large house builders such as Bellway Homes, who built 445 units between 1993 – 1999 on Oakmayne developments. Oakmayne Properties is pleased to have been involved in creating successful ventures for its investors and looks forward with anticipation to the next ten years. |
